FMA program managers are experienced professionals;
many are former or retired military officers and veteran government
contractors; all are experts in their respective fields. FMA program
managers adhere to the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB)
directive on utilizing the Earned Value Management (EVM) approach
to project management. This enables our PM’s to prevent ‘scope
creep’, communicate objective progress to stakeholders, and
keep the project team focused on achieving progress. FMA strives to
provide PMI certified program managers to our projects. Areas of expertise
